This free weekly meditation is group rooted in ancient Buddhist tradition, but does not require you to be a Buddhist. The ancient practice can be helpful in deepening your own spiritual journey, regardless of our tradition. Mindfulness meditation is not directed toward getting us to be different from how we are, but rather, helps us become aware of what is already true moment by moment.The time includes both instruction and meditation practice. Donations are welcome. Sessions are led by Dell Brooks, certified Vipassana meditation instructor who studied with three masters in Sri Lanka.
