What is Qigong Movement? It is something ANYONE can do. It is based in healing...both preventative and curative. Looks a lot like Tai Chi (based on martial arts). I've worked with people who are wanting a healthier, less stressful lifestyle, to those recovering from surgery, trauma, folks in wheelchairs, even Olympic athletes.
