What is Qigong Movement? It is something ANYONE can do. It is based in healing...both preventative and curative. It looks a lot like Tai Chi (based in martial arts). I've worked with folks who are wanting a healthier, less stressful lifestyle, to those recovering from surgery, trauma, even Olympic athletes! ANYONE can participate in Qigong. If you have questions, email Dr. Judy Thurman, Judith Thurman, Doctor of Medical/Clinical Qigong and Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner at soundbathwanderers@gmail.com.
